Shipping policy

Shipping Process

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Sawa Cart, and our objective is to take the hassle out of international shipping. Once you have placed your order, we will oversee the process from the supplier into our hub and from there until it safely reaches you—leaving you to focus on more important matters than logistics.

In most cases, you will not be burdened with the customs clearance process (unless required to comply with local legal regulations), and you will also not be asked to pay additional duty or tax charges (unless you are located in one of the few countries where we are unable to manage this).

Whether it’s the hottest cosmetics for you or a new toy for your child, your order will be safe in our hands until it’s in yours.


Delivery Cost

Pro members benefit from free Standard Shipping on all orders placed on Sawa Cart. A fair usage policy applies.

The shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address provided and can be reviewed prior to placing your order. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping charge includes delivery to your door along with any applicable duty and/or tax in your country. This means you will not be asked to pay any further charges unless special handling is required.

If your item requires special shipping and handling due to its size and/or weight, we will review your order and inform you of the additional cost. At that point, you can choose to accept the additional charges and proceed with the order, or cancel the item for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order, it will appear as Pending in the Track Orders section of your account. From here, you can monitor its detailed progress as it makes its way to you. If you have items from multiple suppliers in the same order, please note that all items will be shipped together once the last item is received at our hub.

You will receive an email once your order is packed for final delivery. This email will include the name of the courier and their tracking number (AWB). You can use this to track your delivery online and coordinate any local delivery requirements directly with the courier.

Express Delivery

Where available, we offer an Express Shipping option, typically delivered 2–3 days faster than our Standard Shipping. These options will be visible during checkout after confirming your delivery address.


Availability

The stock availability shown on Sawa Cart is based on the best information available at that time. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely availability data, it may change between the time an item is added to your cart and when your order is processed.

In rare cases, an item may become out of stock or your requested quantity may not be available. If that happens, we will contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. In most cases, the item will be back in stock within 24–48 hours.


Handling and Delivery

Sawa Cart assigns delivery of your order to one of our approved courier partners, who are responsible for delivering it to your door. During this process, all orders are cleared through customs before final delivery is arranged.

If any exterior damage is visible on the packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment, and it will be returned to us for inspection. If you discover that the item is damaged after accepting the delivery, please contact Sawa Cart Support within 7 days of delivery and we will assist. Cosmetic damage to external packaging alone is not considered item damage.


Import Clearance

Sawa Cart complies with local regulations in every country regarding the import of approved items. This means that some items listed on Sawa Cart may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries.

After your order is placed, we review it to check for any items that are prohibited based on your location. If any are identified, we will cancel only the affected items to comply with regulations. You will receive a full refund for any items removed for this reason.
